This article series is intended to help those of you who participate in our FitStrike program. I hope to educate you, to “empower” you to take your fitness program to heights you never dreamed of, to take control of your fitness “life” by understanding the scientific (biological and chemical) principles and concepts behind physical training and to enhance your skills and coordination in ways that no other program could possibly do. Each article post will briefly cover a new topic – some topics will flow from posts to post; others will not. But, no matter how the article information flows, it will always add to your knowledge and skills in a way that you will become “Empowered!”
