New Drills & Skills

Coming Soon! As we develop and create new drills and skills that trainers/instructors can use in their workouts, they will be posted/listed here and can be purchased through our on-line store. The list of skills and drills will be updated monthly.

Workout Plans

Coming Soon! Each month, Empower will provide instructors with at least 1 new Workout Plan. These plans may be for choreography-based classes or for circuit/interval type workouts. These plans are intended to be guidelines from which instructor/trainers can design programs that will be specific to the needs and demands of their unique client/participant group. Specific information in these plans should be modified in such a way that class participants/workout clients are adequately AND safely challenged! For example, the number of repetitions or drill sets may need to be lowered for lower fitness level participants or increased for highly trained participants.

The names of these plans will be listed here, but may be purchased through our on-line store.
