Martial Arts

The Empower Martial Arts & Fitness facility is located at 129 Commercial Drive, Unit 3 in Yorkville, IL (go about 2 miles north on Rt. 47 from the Rt. 34 & Rt. 47 intersection) . Our phone number is 630-882-8583.

Our main workout floor is approximately 1800 sq ft and is covered with 2 layers of 1″ thick (2″ total) high density foam mats.

The Empower Martial Arts Kajukenbo/Kajukenpo Karate program is structured with the following classes:

• Dyno-Mite Pre-Karate -  program for 4 to 6 year old children intended to introduce basic martial arts concepts and activities in a fun and motivating environment.
• Samurai Warrior Karate – program for 7 to 11 year old children.
• Junior/Adult- program for 12 year old and older.
